Momentum Project Introduction

Momentum, the centralized liquidity engine for Move, formerly known as Momentum Safe, provides solutions for multi-sig treasury management, token vesting, and liquidity provisioning. Momentum has raised $10 million in funding.

YieldBasis Project Introduction

YieldBasis is a DeFi protocol designed to address impermanent loss, a core pain point in automated market makers (AMMs), for liquidity providers (LPs). Developed by Michael Egorov, founder of Curve Finance, who founded YieldBasis in 2024, the project has been focused from the outset on achieving a “zero impermanent loss” liquidity provision standard through mathematically elegant methods. This allows users holding assets like BTC and ETH to securely earn market-making returns without worrying about losses from price fluctuations.

YieldBasis completed a $5 million venture capital round in February 2025, with a token valuation of $50 million.

IPOs on Legion and Kraken

Note: Legion requires a points threshold of $5 million to participate, while Kraken uses a first-come, first-served (FCFS) system with a $20 million quota. It’s worth noting that YieldBasis is Kraken’s first launch project.

Event start date: Legion will apply for quota at 10:00 PM Beijing time on September 29th, and Kraken will “grab a share” at 10:00 PM Beijing time on October 1st.

TGE unlock status: TGE unlocked 100%.

Is KYC certification required: Yes, and mainland China KYC cannot be passed (Kraken mainland China KYC can be passed).
