Lazy Financial Management Guide | Ripple is giving out RLUSD incentives; Electric led investment with an annualized retu

This column aims to cover the low-risk return strategies based on stablecoins (and their derivative tokens) in the current market (Odaily Note: code risks can never be ruled out) to help users who hope to gradually increase the scale of funds through U-based financial management to find more ideal interest-earning opportunities.

New opportunities

Ripple is giving out RLUSD incentives

As stablecoins become more mainstream, major giants have clearly set their sights on this piece of cake.

Ripple has recently been giving out incentives to its stablecoin RLUSD . Currently, using RLUSD to deposit on Aave can get an incentive increase of 8.86% APY (plus a base return of 0.52% APY), and the incentives are issued in the form of the stablecoin RLUSD itself.

This is almost the simplest stablecoin mining pool at present, with relatively considerable returns. The security endorsement of Aave and Ripple itself is also good, which is suitable for users with lower risk tendencies.

infiniFi is online

This morning, the stablecoin interest-earning protocol infiniFi announced its official launch. InfiniFi completed a $3 million Pre-Seed round of financing in February this year, led by Electric Capital, with participation from New Form Capital, Kraynos Capital, BaboonVC, and others.

Currently , the real-time APY for stablecoin deposits in infiniFi is 11.25%. If the position is locked for 8 weeks, it can be increased to up to 22.64%. At the same time, the points plan has also been launched, with a certain expectation of double airdrops.

It is worth mentioning that infiniFi currently requires a whitelist or invitation code to make deposits. Interested users can choose to use my invitation code (DWKBY 1 GN) or directly access it through the following link.

Avantis raises $8 million

Last night, Avantis, a derivatives exchange based in the Base ecosystem, announced the completion of an $8 million Series A financing round led by Founders Fund (VC owned by Silicon Valley tycoon Peter Thiel) and Pantera Capital, with participation from Symbolic Capital, SALT Fund and Flowdesk. Valuation information has not yet been disclosed.

Avantis is not a new project, but it is not too late to interact with it now – Avantis is currently carrying out the second season points activity, and you can get corresponding points by trading or forming LPs.

Avantis LPs are divided into high-risk and low-risk types. High-risk LPs bear higher market-making losses, but can also obtain higher commission income; low-risk LPs bear lower market-making losses, but also lower commission income – 65% and 35% respectively. However, since more funds choose high-risk LPs at present, the actual rate of return of low-risk LPs is even higher.

Currently, the basic return for choosing a low-risk Vault is 5.73% APR. If you lock up your LP, it can be magnified to up to 20.5% . Combined with the expected airdrop, it is still quite attractive.

Sky Staking Introduces Stablecoin Rewards

Sky (formerly Maker) has begun to provide stablecoin incentives for SKY token staking. The incentives are issued in the form of USDS. The current APY for SKY staking is 15.96%.

Although it is not a stablecoin interest-earning strategy, it is actually possible to achieve a neutral mining strategy through “spot-futures hedging”, that is, buying spot SKY for pledge, and shorting MKR in equal amounts at the same time (MKR and SKY have a fixed exchange ratio, and MKR has better liquidity in the top exchanges). Just be careful to maintain a low leverage.

Original title: DeFi Savings Protocol Sky Slumps to $5 M Loss as USDS Interest Payments Wipe Out Profit Original author: Tim Craig Sheldon Reback, CoinDesk Editors note: DeFi savings protocol Sky (formerly MakerDAO) lost $5 million in the first quarter of 2025, in stark contrast to the $31 million profit in the previous quarter. The loss was mainly due to the incentive to use the new stablecoin USDS instead of DAI, which led to a 102% surge in interest payments. Although USDS is designed to attract sophisticated investors, its user base growth is unclear and the protocols profitability is dragged down by high interest rates.
