RWAFi’s innovative project Azoth completes $2 million seed round of financing, led by Jinzhou Holding GroupRecommended A
Azoth is a Web 3 project focused on financial innovation, committed to building a decentralized financial ecosystem using Real World Assets (RWA) as its underlying assets. Azoth is dedicated to promoting the integration of traditional financial assets with blockchain technology. By building a strong community ecosystem and RWA trading platform, it aims to address the pain points of traditional financial assets, such as insufficient liquidity and high transaction friction costs.
The Azoth founding team is composed of pioneers in traditional finance and DeFi OG players, senior developers, architects and other members in the Web 3 world, who work together to create RWAFi services.
The Azoth team believes that most current RWA projects are only at the initial stage of on-chain real-world assets, neglecting DeFi, the core strength of the Web 3 financial ecosystem. Therefore, Azoth is strategically focusing on building a “RWA + DeFi” ecosystem to promote higher liquidity and greater value creation for RWA on-chain.
Leveraging the team’s robust Web 2 and Web 3 liquidity integration capabilities, Azoth is able to connect on-chain and off-chain capital flows, bridging the gap between traditional and decentralized finance ecosystems. On both the asset and user sides, Azoth is committed to fostering a diversified participation model, making the RWA projects listed on the platform fully accessible to users of all sizes and geographies.
Azoth is positioned as an RWAFi platform based on the Ethereum ecosystem and Web 3 community. Therefore, the projects it lists will also be pushed to Ethereum’s mature DeFi environment, such as Morpho, Curve, Pendle, etc., so that more Web 3 users can participate in RWA projects in a Web 3 native environment and expand the circulation and usage scenarios of RWA tokens.
The Azoth team will also launch a community voting listing system, and work with users to create an RWA project library suitable for the Web 3 ecosystem, allowing more Web 3 users to actively choose and invest in their favorite assets.
Currently, the Azoth platform has launched GNIT () , the first RWA token product regulated in Hong Kong. GNIT is reportedly an RWA token formed by a bond portfolio, committed to providing stable long-term returns through a macro-driven fixed income strategy. The Azoth team has created a corresponding CURVE liquidity pool for it and will soon launch a corresponding incentive plan and DeFi support to encourage Web 3 users to participate in the construction of RWAFi.
